About Me

Hey y'all,  I am Julie and I live at the intersection of strategy, heart, and resilience.

Professionally, I’m a strategic project manager working in the nonprofit space, guiding complex projects with care and clarity. I’ve built my career helping teams align with their mission, streamlining processes, and connecting the dots between vision and execution. My work is rooted in empathy, structure, and a deep belief in the power of collaboration. I bring corporate-level thinking into mission-driven work, and I love helping people grow into their roles — and their impact.

Personally, I’m a proud queer woman, a mother of twins, and someone who lives with PTSD and Bipolar Disorder. I’ve experienced the deep challenges of mental health firsthand — including three rounds of residential treatment, ECT, and many paths through intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. I’ve tried countless medication combinations, sat through the quiet of hard days, and kept showing up for both myself and my family. Healing isn’t linear, and I believe in honoring that truth.

I live work and play while neurodivergent, which means I see and experience the world a little differently — sometimes that’s hard, often it’s a gift, and always it’s mine. I value honesty, softness, and real conversation. I believe leadership can look like listening. I believe professionalism can include compassion. And I believe that building a life — not just a career — means making space for every part of who we are.

If you’re someone who values depth, kindness, and real talk, I’d love to connect.
